Patio, yard & a little friend

Hi friends,

I have barely had time to catch my breath this week. So, I thought I would share a few pictures of where I catch my breath. :)

Welcome....please come in....

I have an idea....let's skip the inside ( for now ) and head out to our retreat.... I have before pictures somewhere and will share them with you when I find them. We literally only had a 5x5 slab of concrete. We had this deck built in December 2005....it's finally the patio of my dreams. :)

Our cozy sitting area....

The roses behind our sitting are...

Our new fountain...

This is part of the new flower bed we planted this year. It runs the entire length of our back fence. We have butterfly bush, blue plumbago, roses, potato vine, yellow bells and lilly's. I can't wait until it all fills in.....maybe next year. :)

I just had to try the fresco....

I love this little bench

Another view.... the wood post on the right has a wooden birdhouse on top....

Look what's blooming!

Isn't it pretty? I planted morning glories, too....but they didn't grow. :(

A new friend....we have really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds

Please don't forget Riley :)

I hope you enjoyed the little tour. Have a great weekend!
Hugs~ J.

Love your gardens. Is Riley a B&G or a Catalina?

Harlequins are Hybrids, right? If you go to one of my other blogs http://missy-thingsinlife.blogspot.com/ you will see photos of my fids in Friday's post, I think. We have a grey, Timneh, and 3 budgies.
