Hi friends~
I hope everyone had a great weekend! We cooked, cleaned, washed clothes and cleaned out closets....uggghhhh....lol. Oh well, it had to be done. Before the weekend I did hit the junk store. :) I thought I would share some new treasures with you.
Pretty gold trimmed pitcher, $20. ( reduced from $30. still a little pricey but, it was calling me )
Bird, $6.
Bird covered dish, $9 ( reduced from $14. )
Quilt rack, $25. ( I know you've seen this but I wanted you to see it again. ) :)
Oval embroidery piece, $2. ( Kristin made the cupcakes )
Pink flowered plates, $1. each. They only had 3 and since we are a family of 3 I thought it was okay, just this once :)
Kristin set the table, isn't it pretty?
Bluebird jewelry box, $2. It just needs a little TLC.
The inside is very clean & a pretty shade of pink
Another bird $6. I thought it would be cute on my desk
I haven't been to the 'junk store' in quite some time so it was alot of fun. Are you seeing a trend with all the birds I found? I just love them. :) I hope you all have a wonderful day!
Hugs~ J.

Good Morning Jessica!
I just love all of the treasures you found....My grandma has a 16 piece setting of this China Pattern...I love it. I know this is old old. Great-grandma and grandma each bought an 8 place setting of the china and when great-grandma passed away... along time ago...grandma got her set, and when grandma T. passes mama will have it. I love it. You found a jewel with this pitcher...my grandma doesn't have that piece to the set. All of your finds are wonderful and that little needlepoint bird box is so pretty. Kristin is a decorating diva already isn't she?! This post was so fun! I loved it all. Hope you have a great day!

Love that glass bird at the end! The pitcher is very pretty too. You found some pretty wonderful treasures. The plates are really nice too and perfect for a family of three. Dishes are really my weakness so I really love looking at what people find!
You sure found some pretty finds. Have a great day.

Hey Jessica!
Thank you for coming over and for all you said...I have had a pretty hard day....I left a message on my comments messages for you girls who visited. I thought I would explain a little more so that you could understand why I am reacting the way I am. So sorry, I always want to have something good to share not this stuff today, but I have family that visit my blog sometimes and I really needed to explain in case they found there way to that site through my sidebar. Oh, boy...I am letting this go and turning it over to God. I am driving hubby crazy about it and probably driving my blogger friends crazy too. LOL! THanks again sweetie for your encouragement.
