We made some peanut butter chocolate kiss cookies yesterday~ I thought I would share some with you!
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1cup sugar
1 cup butter ( I use stick butter it's easier )
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
milk chocolate kisses ( get a whole bag ) :)
Mix sugar & butter together
add eggs 1 at a time; beat well after each egg, add vanilla, gradually add peanut butter, then add flour, baking soda and a dash of salt until well blended.
It should look like this; I give it an extra stir with a rubber utensil...just to make sure
Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
( It helps if you have an assistant )
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
Press kiss on each cookie after removing from oven.
Trust me this is a good recipe. Husband ate 7 cookies, then went & ran a mile...lol.
I told him I don't think it works that way but it made him feel better. Then what to do with rest of the chocolate kisses.....EAT THEM! lol. j/k. I put mine in a candy dish for my guests tomorrow. :) I can't leave stuff like that laying around here. :)
I want to wish each and every one of you a Happy Thanksgiving! It doesn't matter how near or far we are. Just know my thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you this holiday season. I am blessed for the friends I have made here.
From my family to yours....
Happy Thanksgiving!
Bug hugs~ J.
P.S. Even Riley likes peanut butter....lol. :)

These look so yummy! Thanks so much....and no calories from this end! LOL! I'll have to tell ya that I taste tested (is what I call it anyway) enough of the fudge that I made today, to make a normal person pure sick...but not me...I can eat alot of it! LOL! Thanks for visiting my table dressed up for Thanksgiving and thanks for all you said...I wish we lived closer too...we would have alot of fun shopping together. I just know we would.
Your daughter is such a great helper and is so pretty too...just like you...and hubby is adorable with his cookie....that cracks me up that he ran the calories off. .... I needed to do that after my fudge binge today. lol!
