~Last Christmas & New Treasures~

Well, I still haven't made much progress in our Christmas decorating. I am sooo far behind. I hope to finish this weekend. Here are a couple of pictures of our tree from last year.

I make all the bows myself.

Now, I did some shopping the other day and I found this sweet tree skirt @ Home Depot. It has 2 of my most favoritist things. :) Emroidery & birds.

I also found this snowman family @ Kroger ( can you believe it? ) Too cute~

Then, I found this sweet tea towel @ Kirkland's they only had one left with the "H" or I would have purchased more.

I didn't mean to go just kind of happened. ( winks )

I made this yummy homemade cake for dessert last night~ I used coolwhip instead of was sinful, I know. :)

Hope you all have a beautiful day!

Hugs~ J

Jessica, I love this post. Your tree was beautiful last year. being a florist I do make bow. But, not everyone can make them. You did a great job. I tell you I think I might have to go to Home Depot. I am in love...with your tree skirt. I have another tree to put up. It would go perfect with my decoration for that tree. Your snowmen are adorable. I would love... a piece of your cake.
Hugs, Terrie

The sinful thing is you show us that yummy cake but no recipe!! I love the tree and bows! The new tree skirt will look so pretty with it too. I do agree that birds are beautiful! Yay an animal we both like. I used to have parakeets and Travis has two of them now. I love to watch them fly. I can hardly wait to see Christmas this year!!

Your tree is so beautiful and I love your tree skirt. My ornaments are golds and burgundy, well except for the sentimental ones that I can't seem not to include. Some day I am going to put up a separate one just for those. I love the way you have the ribbon. I think I will just have to put your tree in my idea file!
Have a great day.
I think I gained a pound just looking at that cake...yummy!
