Super Bowl Dinner

Hi friends~

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I cleaned & scrubbed everything top to bottom, I even did the exterior windows. :) I just love a clean house.

I just thought I would share our Sunday night dinner~ It was really good. My Mister seasoned up these pork spare ribs~

We baked them at 325 for 3 hours....then drizzled our favorite bbq sauce over them~

Stubb's Bbq sauce is REALLY good~

baked another 20 minutes & then the 'falling off the bone' ribs where done~

& it turned out like this~

We made macaroni & cheese ( extra cheese ) & mashed potato's ( extra butter )

Don't you just love our paper plates...lol. Easy clean up. :)

We ate in the living room in front of the TV ( isn't that terrible? ) and I fell asleep before the BIG game was over....lol. I guess I'm not much of a football fan. :)

Have a wonderful week!

Hugs~ J

These look yummy! I can't imagine cleaning the windows yet this year.....I have frost all over mine! I'm not a super bowl fan either. The guys like it but I'm always glad when it's all over with! Sports really aren't my thing. I love to play baseball but hate to watch it on TV! I have a day full of laundry waiting for me after work, that is if the dryer repairman can come today....sigh.....if it isn't one thing it's another, right?

Oh girl, Yay! I am so glad you like the little box...I'd be delighted that you tell that I custom made it for you, though I don't know if I can get a hold of any more of those heart shaped boxes, because I bought the last two they had. I not a very savvy business lady am I?! Lol! I wish I had made the other boxes in that cream color...I think it turned out the prettiest. You've got such wonderful taste and the design is really pretty on that color of background with the sage green accents. You are so sweet to want to blog on your finds...I appreciate it sweet friend! I Hope you have a great night!
