I wish you the same. Hope it is full of family and fun. Do you do a big dinner? I try to keep it simple but I do cook a ham and mashed potatoes and gravy for the kids. We do a traditional potato salad on Monday with the eggs. We don't color eggs anymore. Poor Kaje' is just stuck with us old folks. I did send Trav some treats and a special surprise for Easter that I know arrived already. I wrote Easter on the box so he wouldn't open stuff early! Enjoy the day!
So did you hide the eggs? I didn't even boil any. We had ham for dinner Sunday and I always make ham gravy and mashed potatoes with it so I couldn't see any reason to boil eggs. I am boiling some tomorrow for potato salad though bz Larry wants that and some egg salad sandwiches in his lunch on Tuesday. Kaje' informed me that she's not 18 yet and if Travis still gets Easter treats sent to him that she does too, lol! I kind of cut off Santa and Easter when they hit 18. Hey, don't judge me! It has to stop somewhere. Although if you think about it Larry has never let me give up on giving him Easter treats. I even gave the Bailee and Savannah a new "mermaid" movie with Ariel in it from Little Mermaid. She actually dared to turn around and say "shhhh" to us when we were talking while she was watching it today, lol! She's such a character. Oops, time to go, my comment is turning into an epistle again, lol! Have a great Monday.
I love to garden, decorate, dance & sing. I am married to Mr. Wonderful and we have a beautiful daughter serving in the U.S. Army. We have a wonderful family, a cozy little home and I wouldn't trade my little life for anything in the world.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. explore. dream. discover. -unknown
