~Afternoon Sky~

This picture was taken in the country~

Ya'll know I can't resist the sky~ whether sunrise, sunset or just in the middle of the day~ I try to take a moment and enjoy it. :)

I'm still working on my breakfast room project. It looks like it will take another weekend to complete. It was much cooler outside ( which is where I paint ) than I expected. It was 76 on Friday and 54 this weekend....hmpf. :)

Wishing all of you a beautiful week!

Hugs~ J

Morning girl..that is an awesome photo! Love what you did with the hutch...I have some bookcases that I have been wanting to put something in the background of..like wallpaper or frabic! Girl I know what you mean about having a table that you won't part with but yet you wish it was a different color...I just bit the bullet and went ahead and painted mine! lol I did the chairs and the base in black and I loved it..but now I am thinking I may redo it this Spring and use a soft country sagey green...it use to be creamy white with the glaze like my cabinets but that is just too much matchy matchy for me! lol Paint is our friend and if we don't like it just repaint it! lol lol have a great week sweetie!

GM Jessica..I agree with Ms. Picket..paint is our friend and what an impact we can get with it..when I was a young bride moons ago everything I had was a hand me down from family and friends and I painted it all white..hey who knew I was setting a new trend ..they call it shabby chic now..then I just called it Looking clean and good..girl I painted everything then..even my poor kids had lead painted cribs..Oh maybe that why I had problems with them as teen agers it was the paint they chewed on..hey it sounds good to me now !!!wait until I tell them it was the paint and not them..hope you have a great day dear friend..wished I was in Texas to go to Dallas and see my Kyra girl..I would love to give her a zillion kisses..Oh girl I got her a Too Too with the little shoes to go with it just too cute..Josh said he going to put it on her and take pics for me..can't wait to see her in it..by the time she gets out of the hospital she'll be to big to wear it..Thanks for all your prayers for her...how your Grandma doing?? I think of her often Jess and how hard it must be on her..hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

Jessica,
Thank you so much for visiting me, and for your wonderful comments about the bird nest tutorial.

I would be thrilled if you would link it on your site!!
I love being able to share with others what the Lord has given me.

Blessings on your day,
