I thought I would share the recipe in case anyone wanted to try this~
Ingredients: 4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 can ( 14oz. ) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub ( 8oz. ) cool whip, thawed,divided
16 Oreos chopped
2tblsp. butter, melted
Directions:
Line 8X4 inch loaf pan with tin foil ( bottom only ).
Mash 2 cups strawberries in large bowl.
Stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and 2 cups of cool whip. Pour into pan.
Top with chopped cookies and butter, press into mixture ( this is your crust )
Cover with foil and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
To serve invert onto plate. ( I pulled the edges of the loaf pan away from the side and it came right out ). Frost with remaining cool whip and top with remaining strawberries. Cut into indivual slices and it's READY to ENJOY! :)

And you wonder why you're hungry at 6:00 a.m.!!!! This looks delicious. I think I'll have to make it as soon as I see good strawberries in the store!! I think you're a bit toooooo far away from Papa Murphy's to enjoy my perfect pizza but I promise it's great and my kind of easy cooking! I like these pizzas bz you can buy them (they're made fresh) but cook them in the next day or so whenever you want and the flavor is fabuloso!!
