~ A Note from Molly ~

Hi,

I'm Molly and I'm 9 years old. Some of you may know me and if not you can read a little about me here and what I have to deal { the cats....} with here. I have to go to the vet today....my third visit in a week. Today I'm getting an ultrasound. I have a benign tumor either in my brain or in my tummy. :( I have something called cushions disease....I was told it happens sometimes in older pets. I have a big pot belly and I'm hungry & thirsty all the time because the tumor is causing too much cortisone in my body. Today we will find out if I have to have surgery or if I just have to take medication for the rest of my life.

Mommy, Daddy & Sissy.....and maybe the cats....Simon, Sammy & Gracie Jane have all said prayers for me and assured me that I will be fine and they will do whatever it takes so I can continue to live a good healthy life after this. But I'm still scared. Would you say a little prayer for me, please.

Love, Molly Bell

Oh Molly this sounds like Cushing's disease in humans. I certainly hope you don't have it. I definitely will keep you in my prayers bz I know that you're like another child to Jessica and she needs you to be healthy. Be good for the vet and rest when you get home. :)

Oh Jessica...You know I'll be praying for Miss Molly...I hate it when animals get sick...Len has a dog that is 17 years old..yes you heard me right 17 and takes meds every day just to walk and had the tumors removed 3 times but they won't do it any more because of his age now and he has a huge one on his chest...Prayers coming your way...Hows your neck girl...Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria

Awww, Molly is so sweet...I hate that she's been going through a hard time...I am glad that the Dr. was able help with daily treatment. I hope and pray she'll be feeling much better soon...by the looks of her sporting her dress in the above pics, I think she's gonna be fine. I hope your hip stops bothering you...girl, my hips bother me alot and hurt sometimes. It's crazy...I don't know what triggers it, but ice packs are the only thing that helps. I put ice on it and then it feels better. I just recently figured it out, heat makes it worst for me, and that's what I'd always tried. See if your doctor says cold packs are okay for your hip pain. Well, it's past my bed time..nite nite!
Big Hugs,
Queenie
