Hi sweet Jessica! I've missed you! Hope all is going well with you. Love looking into your gorgeous backyard! Look at those pretty geraniums! Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
When we packed up Trav's room we couldn't find Patch. He's been stashed away in his room for many years but for some reason he wasn't there now. Trav was afraid I'd garage-sold him a couple of years ago when I got rid of all that stuff but I knew I wouldn't have done that. I found him in the crawl space in a Rubbermaid tote and washed him so he smelled fresh. The funny thing is was now and again Trav would write home and say, "have you found Patch yet? Have you looked in......." I knew he still loved him enough to keep asking about him. That's why I decided to send him. Trav's going to have an adventure now in Hawaii for a bit. Trav has a very hard companion right now and I think having Patch on his deks might be just the ticket to remind him of simpler times. He's been with this companion for seven weeks now and will definitely be with him for another 5 weeks. I pray it goes fast. It's got to be hard to live with someone that you don't particularly care for. Thanks so much for stopping by. I'll try not to count down to Christmas now, lol!
I love to garden, decorate, dance & sing. I am married to Mr. Wonderful and we have a beautiful daughter serving in the U.S. Army. We have a wonderful family, a cozy little home and I wouldn't trade my little life for anything in the world.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. explore. dream. discover. -unknown
