Hallway Before
We added recessed lighting, removed a door that went into living room and added new doors on the closet.

Bedroom #3 Before
Bedroom #3 After
Wood blinds were added in all the bedrooms and the formal living room. We chose not to cover the bay windows….we felt they were just too pretty. Every light fixture was replaced, every door knob, new doors, new sinks, new shower walls, new carpet, new ceramic tile in bathrooms, new outlets, new covers, new faucets, new hardware, new roof, new fascia and soffit, new appliances….new new new. =) A lot of work was put into this property.
So I’m anxious to hear what y’all think!
Have a beautiful day~
Jessica
p.s. We completed the interior renovation in 18 days….12 days under projected time frame and only slightly over budget. We didn’t think that was too bad for our first house project. winks.

Hi Jessica
All I can say is WOW and WOW again. It's looks wonderful. I am amazed. You have totally transformed this into a very desirable property. I love everything you have done especially the wallpapering. Looking at the before pictures I could never have lived there in a million years but now looking at the after ones I would move in there tomorrow. Well done. You are so talented.

What a fabulous transformation. The rooms are so bright and airy now, they all seem "huge".. I'm sure you won't hang onto this house for long.. It sure didn't take you long to transform this into a beauty. I'm wondering where you got the countertops, what kind are they and if they were expensive... love all the ceiling fixtures.. The baths are incredible... girl, you sure found your calling... hugs ~lynne~
Okay, so how in the world did I miss this post?! You've done fabulous work and I hope it makes you tons and tons of money. It's amazing what a difference little touches can make but you've done so many little and big things that the transformation is amazing!
Remember that house I used to bug you to come and buy behind me? The owners from about 10 years ago opened the new little quilt shop I blogged about. It's such a small world. I still wish you'd buy the house behind me so you can come and make my house gorgeous like this one! we have rain here too lately so you wouldn't have to worry about your drought....I'm just saying. Big smiles and hugs! :)
Do you have the house on the market yet? I really can't believe the transformation. I hope you make tons of profit from it! How are things anyway? I think about you and your family all the time and keep your dad in my prayers. Take care and have a great holdiay weekend!

Congratulations on all the hard work you and your Mister did...the before and after pictures are amazing...everything is just beautiful...love the fixtures you chose in the bathrooms and kitchen and love the granite too...I'd be delighted to just move right in and not change a thing...I hope it sells fast for you...something tells me it will :)
I caught up on all the posts I'd missed and I have to tell you it was so fun seeing your progress...congratulations again!
Love ya girl, and I'm always thinking of you often :)
Big hugs,

P.S. A big Happy Belated B'day day to the Genius :)
P.S.S. I just to say one more thing...I Love those chairs and the way you mixed matched it with the white paint and wood...love that bead board wallpaper too...I think that's my fave thing in the house, besides the other things I mentioned lol! I didn't even know that existed. I thought it was real beadboard. I bet you can hardly wait to take that dining room set home with you! What a deal too on those chairs...I love it all :)
Okay...I'm outa here now..lol! Talk to you again soon...hope you have a nice weekend :)
