It's time for you to meet Benjamin. My Mister gave me Bennie Bear about 9 years ago. I have not slept one night without him since then. Is that silly that I still sleep with a bear?
As you can see he is well loved ( & well worn. ) :)
Aaaaw.. he is SO cute!! I have a bear in my bed too.. it's all white, and was given to be when I turned 18, and lived in Minnesota as an exchange student.. my friends had already named him.. His name's SPUDLY! (for reasons unknown to me ;-))
That is sooo sweet Jessica....he's such a cute teddy, and no, it's not silly at all that you sleep with your special gift from your Mister. I bet this is the most loved bear in all of Texas! By the way...I checked out your blog friend Barbara Jean, that you told us about in yesturdays' post. What a neat tutorial on making bird nests...it looked like fun. Bird nests are one of my favorite things. I have alot of bird nests all over the place around the house, but I'd love to some day make my own nest. Thanks for telling us about her blog. What a fun blog.
I love him! The love just oozes out of him! I just stopped by to let you know I haven't forgotten about you. It's been a really rough week. I haven't been able to take time off work like I wanted (except for the funeral Friday) but it's been insane there and no time to check blogs as I haven't been taking breaks. I'll blog about this week after I blog my wonderful surprise from you. I just got home and right now I need to take Larry to work and then get some sleep. Thanks for checking in on me earlier. It's nice to know someone noticed I hadn't been around! Cindy
Jess, I just wanted to thank you for telling people (linking) about my bird nest tutorial. I have had so many wonderful responses to it, and so happy people might try it.
I'm already thinking of another brief craft to share, but sooo busy trying to catch up on everything.
Plus, I have my 100th blog coming up, and need to have something special for that.
I love to garden, decorate, dance & sing. I am married to Mr. Wonderful and we have a beautiful daughter serving in the U.S. Army. We have a wonderful family, a cozy little home and I wouldn't trade my little life for anything in the world.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. explore. dream. discover. -unknown
